Do you suffer from Early Extension in the golf swing?

Do you struggle to properly transfer the pressure in your swing?

Our Pressure Pads can help you improve!

During the backswing (for a right-handed golfer), the pressure in your feet should move towards your left toes and into your right heel. Then at the start of, and throughout the downswing and follow through this should switch. Pressure should move from the right heel to the right toe, and from the left toe to the left heel. Your pressure working in this way will help you maintain the correct tilts in your swing and get rid of the dreaded early extension. This will also help increase your vertical force, giving you more power and better contact.

You will get two small pressure pads that have a slot on the underneath for the small alignment rod to fit into (alignment rod included in price of product). The alignment rods helps ensure that the pads are aligned straight to each other, also helping you to set up square. The pads can be slid along the alignment rod for different stance width depending on your height and the club you are using.

The pressure pads can also be used to help train 50:50 balance when putting. Pressure should be even between heel and toe, with neither of them touching the floor during the stroke.

You can also add you logo for a small fee on to one of the pads. Please send us your logo first before purchasing this option to make sure that it can be machined correctly.
