PFG Pressure Pads / Early Extension Fixers

Moving pressure between heel and toe is key to maintaining posture, balance and rotation during the swing. If you struggle turning/moving your hips and knees correctly it is likely the pressure is not moving the pressure correctly in your feet. Moving the pressure into the lead foot in the downswing is key to balance and stopping the dreaded early extension.
